The toilet arrived on time, in perfect condition. I was very happy with the looks of it. When my plumber installed, inside the tank was a manufacturing problem and it was continuously running. I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair. Great toilet. You will need a seat. Be careful. Do not get an oval one. (Not the toilets fault but my own) I’ve heard stories people make multiple trips to find the right fit. Who knew so many different seats. Yes annoying but again not default by the toilet. I was afraid of low flow new toilet but this one we have had for over a month. No issues at all. I’m so happy. There was the mounting piece at the very bottom the also needs separate purchase. From what I understand that’s how it works. I love the toilet but the valve in the tank sometimes doesn't work. I have to take the tank top off to move the valve so the water will start to fill after the toilet is flushed.
