Great toilet, very helpful service when damaged in transit

Great toilet ...for less than a month. Stains in the drainage hole appeared within weeks and have gotten worse since. No, we did not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners. Got this toilet for a great deal, and now we know why. They must have bought a batch of defective toto toilets and put them on sale. This is dishonest business and I will be reporting this to the BBB. Do NOT buy!

Probably one of the worst toilets I've owned. If it wasn't such a drama to replace, I would. I will replace this in the end, but need a home remodeling break. The waterline is too low, it's hard to clean with all the inside nooks, and doesn't perform as well as my older American Standards; however, the newer AS models don't perform as well as the older ones either soooo there's that. waawaa

Good size toilet with comfortable shape and well known brand for quality and function.

Was very excited for this. However, arrived broken in the box. We didn't even take it out and just took pictures. Toto or Wayfair need to ensure packages with breakables in them should be completely packed as to ensure safe passage. This had a couple layers of bubble wrap which wasn't sufficient as it clearly was not filled enough as to not allow any wiggle room. It was a huge hassle as the plumber was here to install it. Giving it 2 stars only because Wayfair was very responsive to my complaint.
