Inspired by classic volcanic rock molcajete bowls, this reimagined design features three softened block legs that float the bowl delicately off the table. Low and wide, the burnt reclaimed finish is hand-finished with a burning technique to highlight grain, knots and texture.

A beautiful receptacle to hold equally gorgeous things. Don't let our image fool you. This centuries-old found bowl is almost 2' in diameter, and suggests it was meant for gatherings, either from fruit trees or a sociable table. Its patina and weathered texture speaks of its age and the hands that once worked it. Due to the FOUND nature of this bowl, each piece will differ in size, shape and texture.

This is a very cool, rustic bowl and it is very large! I love that it is super old and that each one is unique! Mine looks a bit different than the ones in the images (darker in time and more brown), but I guess thats the point as they are found objects and not masses produced!
