It is a clock with a great design that makes you fall in love with it at first sight itÕs shown as one of the most ambitious proposals of Nomon. Not only for the design that is really spectacular but also for the delicate details never seen before in a model. It basically has two parts perfectly connected with a base that falls on the ground that making it even more dynamic and surprising. As always, Nomon demonstrates with the Nomon Pisa L Clock that simplicity with good taste expresses much more than what's loaded and colorful. The commitment to innovation and artisanal manufacturing results in a large, elegant, and fresh clock. The trend towards minimalism is seen throughout the piece. The needles mark the time almost floating without numbers or points or funds only the unstoppable movement of time that marks the passing of the hours with glamor. The hands are made of well-polished rigid walnut wood that can be combined perfectly with the box that is just attached to the wall. Interestingly, the needle can be placed in two right or left positions. When making that change, it gives the perception as if they were two totally different pieces. The Nomon Pisa L clock is definitely an alternative to elegantly decorating the rooms and other areas where the presence of such a large piece is required. Time is the key to inspiration but it should not be stressed that the intention is to be the focal point of balance in perfection.

This grandfather clock features a unique modern design with a rectangular dial. The dial features chrome-finished hour markers in a sunbeam pattern with the hour and minute hands finished in black and a continuous sweep second hand finished in red. The pendulum features a complementing rectangular-shaped bob finished in gloss white with a polished stainless-steel rod. An LED spotlight is provided in the base to view the clock in a darkened room. A touch dimmer pad is located on the backside of the base, allowing for four light levels: Low, medium, high, and off. A power adapter that plugs into the base powers the LED light. Time-only, quartz battery-operated movement requires one AA and two C batteries (not included). Floor glides provide stability and protection on non-carpeted surfaces.

This clock has a beautiful chrome finish that will go well with modern houses.

The floor clock is very pretty but it arrived with the base broken off the vertical part of the clock. The design for the attachment of the clock to its base is very poor, being way too small to hold the heavy clock to only a very small part of the base. In addition, the base was secured to the clock with only about 9 brad nails; they were all twisted and bent when we opened the package and saw the base and clock had separated.. Annette. Absolutely beautiful! My husband and I are so pleased with this purchase. The clock is wrapped nicely, even the sensitive inner parts. Delivery was on time and handled with care. The clock does need the weights and pendulum installed so be prepared to do that. The instructions are very detailed so it was a breeze.
