After 3-4 purchases of the gold pans, that lasted for only 6-9 months, I finally found Le Creuset Frying Pan. It's worth every penny. Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat.
