It is a beautiful rug and I love the texture. However, even though it does say it is a "light gray and beige" area rug, the pictures do not reflect exactly how "light" the colors are. At a certain angle, it actually almost appears cream with a yellow cast. Vastly different from the pictures. I am struggling with this because it is so much lighter, I am now concerned about how to spot clean, which your team is investigating. *I would not have ordered this rug if the true depth of colors had been show in the pictures. Also, I was on the phone discussing what rug was best for me with a Perigold agent before ordering so I wouldn't have any surprises. These rugs are gorgeous. Plush as well as sturdy. They look and feel very high quality. Sadly Perigold wanted $600 to ship them to Hawaii so I shipped them to a friend in WA who shipped them to us for $150 total (the reason for the star deduction - please stop price gouging on shipping Perigold). I know they’re probably not meant for an area like a kitchen but wanted to give them a go because they’re so perfect in the space and I’d looked everywhere for something we liked.
