It is a beautiful rug and I love the texture. However, even though it does say it is a "light gray and beige" area rug, the pictures do not reflect exactly how "light" the colors are. At a certain angle, it actually almost appears cream with a yellow cast. Vastly different from the pictures. I am struggling with this because it is so much lighter, I am now concerned about how to spot clean, which your team is investigating. *I would not have ordered this rug if the true depth of colors had been show in the pictures. Also, I was on the phone discussing what rug was best for me with a Perigold agent before ordering so I wouldn't have any surprises. Not criticizing the agent because this is probably something she wasn't aware of either. Just want you to be aware.
