Well, we were very excited for this rug to make our living room complete. It took a bit longer for shipping and delivery but we were willing to to wait. Well, this is our most disappointing order from Wayfair.not sure when, but the plastic around the white rug was ripped in several places and there are prominent black smudges which do nothing but smear. Now we are stuck with a ruined rug and my wife is very disappointed!
