It's high quality wood but note that it comes with zero finish on it so it will get yucky if you don't treat it with teak oil or something similar. Also, the chairs are a bit chunky and hard to move around.

The chairs seem comfortable. The table is heavy and seems to be well designed for doing expansion by the leaves being integrated into it (this increases the weight). All said the leg placement and that the base is a fixed length makes for some challenging seating to avoid a table leg. Making the table bigger doesn't make the middle area larger.
