I wanted a spring/summer tree for my enclosed porch and was happy to find this one. It has a lovely soft glow, it looks very nice in person and appears decently constructed. The sticking point is that this tree is not even 48"" at it's tippy top, nevermind being the 50"" advertised. A few inches sounds like a small amount, but nearly 4"" smaller is very disappointing and noticeably smaller since I currently own a 50"" tree for autumn and this looks much smaller in the same space. This is definitely something to be aware of when considering the purchase. Great investment for my old body. I can now move two to three times the amount of logs into the house compared to my well used canvas log carrier. The large wheels are perfect for negotiating steps. It's beautiful! And, I'm happy! Now, to critique: I wish it was about 1' taller. For our situation, we put it in a large "metal can" container/planter in the corner of our deck. We used to have a faux Ficus tree which lost it's leaves after several years (and our difficult last winter), so we are used to seeing a taller plant (which I would prefer.)
