Better than I expected! Adorable

My little house arrived with a broken door and part of the side broken. All they would do about this is give me a $16 credit or I could send this broken piece back and they would send a refund or another one. I felt like they should have just sent out a new house. Very disappointed in the way customer service handled this. The house itself is adorable.
