Junk! Not even one year, the base is cracked

We love this fountain. Because water flows from high distance, when there higher windy days we do have to turn off or risk water level to become too low. A simple lime remover in the water eliminates the residue.

This fountain is quite large and heavy, so we had it professionally installed in our courtyard. It looks just like the picture and is beautiful! The cascading water looks gorgeous, but something about the design makes it quite loud and it splashes excessively onto the surrounding pavers. I add at least a gallon of water per day. I was hoping that it would attract birds, but they are not interested in drinking or bathing in it. We have a lot of trees, so I clean out leaves every day. It is difficult to reach debris that gets caught in a narrow area in back of the fountain. I have only had the fountain since November and I'm curious to see how it is in the summer.

Our client LOVES the water feature. Installed right outside their bedroom window. It's beautiful.
