We love this fountain, and it fits perfectly in our landscape. The water flow creates a beautifully relaxing and consistent stream-like sound. The base is quite heavy, but with 2-3 folks, it goes into place easily. Leveling the base and pillars seems to be quite important, as each pool fills up to almost the brim when running smoothly.

It is a beautiful fountain. However, it has leaked from the very beginning. My husband talked to the manufacturer and he suggested that we install clamps on the tubing, which we did. It continues to leak. We have now purchased new tubing that is a more appropriate size for the pump hoping it will stop the water from pooling all over our deck. It's truly a nightmare. We are worried about trying to return or replace it, because it is so heavy and we had to pay $100 to get help moving it to our upstairs deck.

We did notice both copper spills were leaking slightly from underneath initially, but it was a quick and easy fix using the included silicone. Pro tip: make sure to double-check your horizontal leveling so the waterfall flow stays perfectly even across the spill. Overall, it’s a beautiful addition and well worth the money!
