I use it to cook on the stove top and convection. It cooks evenly and it's durable yet isn't so heavy that it's easier to use than any other cookware I've had in the past. One feature that I really love is the design of the handles, lid and overall look of the cookware is so nice that I am happy to put it directly on the serving board or the table. Ordered this pan a while ago. First time I have used it. I like the pan but for me it is a little heavier then I would like it to be. I have looked for a quality, light weight pan for a couple of years. I thought this would be good. With arthritis in my hands it’s hard to lift, especially when filled.
