Tonight I seared (2) pcs of salmon skin side down along with a piece of halibut. Exceptional browning and crispy skin. So far so good. Although, I’ did have trouble Cleaning the pan afterwards and couldn’t completely remove some fon on the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply put, this is an amazing pan. I'm able to fit four/give chicken breasts or cutlets in this to cook. Not only is this easy to clean, but the stainless is gorgeous. Highly recommend.
