I just bought this so have only used it three times. I can say that the pan seems very sturdy, well made, does heat quickly as stated in the advertising, and so far nothing sticks (fried chicken & potatoes, pancakes, reheated food). Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? Someone in my house used a fork instead of a spatula and the pan survived without a meltdown.
