I love GreenPans and have several. This one was a replacement for an old one and it has a tiny chip in the ceramic near the rim so it isn't a problem.

Wonderful pan. The best temperature is medium-high. I have to use it on an old electric stove and it's been performing just fine on those old coils. Cleans easily, if you fry eggs, I'd recommend lower temp and soak right after for easier clean-up.

Would not buy again. Found is was not very non-stick
