This induction cooktop is amazing! I can boil water in under a minute, literally. I also love that it connects to my hood vent and turns the hood on/off automatically. Couldn’t more happy with the performance and tech. I do worry about the glass edges. I am not sure why the glass hovers about the countertop about 1/16”. We cook A LOT, and we're a longtime Bosch family, and even though it's taking some getting used to cooking on induction vs. open flame, in general we're loving this appliance because it fits our limited available space, it's very intuitive to use, and it's super-easy to clean! On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate.
