Very pleased so far. I am pretty good with cast iron use and seasoning. There are similarities and differences. The steel uses even less heat and is up to temp very quickly. It also cools fairly quickly which can be handy. I've not mastered it yet but am using it as much as possible. I seasoned three times and used the pan a bit. The handle is beautiful but it is a wear out over time design. It has a metal rod that connects inside. Not as durable as a regular solid handle.
