The heat distribution is remarkably even across the entire surface. While searing these shrimp the pan showed zero hot spots allowing for a clean, consistent color throughout. The ceramic nonstick surface performs effortlessly allowing any food type to release smoothly with minimal oil, and cleanup takes nothing more than a quick wipe and warm rinse. Beyond the cooking performance, the build quality stands out immediately. It has substantial heft, and the handle is secure and comfortable in hand. If you want a durable, high-performance ceramic skillet that holds up to serious daily cooking, this one is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pan to make a few dishes and it’s been performing very well! The surface is very smooth to the touch unless other nonstick pans that sometimes feel rough. It is also very nonstick as advertised. I used it to make eggplant and there was no residue stuck on the pan! I like that I can now use a little less oil when cooking. It’s also very easy to clean and wash. My only thing is that I wish it came with a lid but I can easily reuse a different pot lid. Highly recommend!

It looks beautiful, is high quality, really is non-stick, and is the perfect size and shape for large servings. We’ve been fairly gentle with this pan, as a lot of our other non-stick pans tend to stick after a short while, but so far nothing has come close to sticking to this pan! In fact, I tend to make a mess while cooking with this pan because of how easily everything glides. We have the 11” pan, and since the sides are taller you can cook quite a bit in it. The one downside is that you can’t cook with high heat, but adjusting has been easy enough. It may take a bit to heat up but you can still get great sear if you let your food sit rather than constantly stirring! We’re definitely impressed!
