I paid a premium price for a nonstick pan and hoping it will last. I plan on treating it with care as recommended. I've used it with Induction cooking and it's much better than my other Induction compatible cookware. It seems to heat better and have a better fit to the induction cooktop.

Such a pleasure cooking on this perfect non-stick pan. Not much to say beyond that it meets every expectation and truly is as advertised. Buy it! Youbwon't be disappointed with this workhorse!

Our only non-stick needed replacement so I purchased this pan based on my positive experience with Hestan products. I am totally satisfied and delighted with this pan! The design is different from those I have had over the years and much more useful. The edges are more square which increases the flat cooking area, brilliant! Only time will tell whether the non-stick delivers. I recommend this pan above other very good non-sticks that I have used.
