We have had it for only a few days and do not have any complaints but have a question. The instructions say not to use ROor distilled water. The city water here in College Station TX has a high sodium content consequently makes terrible coffee. We use RO water from a local supplier. We had the smaller unit and used this water. When we moved from GG(treated river water) we have been using the RO for about three years with no ill effects.
