The grinder clogs and it needs to be cleaned often or it stops working. There also isn’t a warmer for the pot.

This is the best coffee I’ve had in my entire life. Be sure to follow Manual. I highly recommend! It’s a shame other have gave it bad reviews. I think it’s user error.

GE is the worst company EVER!! This coffee pot is dangerous! The brew door constantly opens and I have been burned multiple times by the coffee that pours out when brew door opens during brewing ! It also leaks water and steam pours out during some brews and then coffee is cold when that happens! The customer service is horrible, I have called multiple times and have been told I will receive an email to send a video of what is happening but they are so busy that it will take 5 days to receive an email, I waited 5 days, called back again on hold 40 minutes, lady I finally spoke with told me they are so busy I have to WAIT my turn to receive an email from Erica when she gets time I will get email, the lady I spoke with refused to give me her name, she was very rude and hung up. A almost $400 coffee pot and not working after 1 month and no help what so ever from GE! I wish I could return this machine!! DANGEROUS DO NOT BUY!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT HORRIBLE NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This coffee maker is very sleek and after some testing we found the perfect settings for us for a great cup of coffee. It is a little loud while grinding the beans.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. He didn't ask for it but LOVES it. The grinding is a tad loud, but very short compared to grinding it himself.
