Just as expected. Well packaged. Can’t wait to try it out once our kitchen remodel is done.

Nice coffee pot. Large capacity, good quality cup of coffee. Only complaint is the carafe doesn't have any volume markers, so it's hard to make a partial pot of coffee

It is a good coffee maker, brews hot coffee consistently well crafted and tastes good, couldn't ask for anything better.

After getting tired of the grinder calibration failing on our breville coffee maker, we switched to this handmade coffee maker...and absolutely LOVE it. It makes a deliciously balanced pot of coffee!

This is one of the best appliance purchases I've made. I use it for tea and by far, it brews the smoothest and strongest tea I've had. Zero regrets.
