A very reliable coffee maker. Its easy to clean, had a self cleaning option. There’s two brewing options - into the carafe and into a cup. The carafe is double insulated, but doesn’t keep the coffee hot for too long, it would’ve been perfect if it had a hot plate. Other than that’s its a great coffee maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8-cup replaced our defective 9-cup (courtesy of Oxo, which we appreciate). We like it but to our surprise, unlike the 9-cup, it has a basket rather a cone for filters, which results in a weaker, inferior brew. Otherwise it works well.

I really like that you can brew directly into a mug or into a carafe! It’s been reliable for years and it’s very easy to use. It makes really tasty coffee and the carafe keeps it hot for a long time.

Such a beautifully made coffee maker. Like most of the OXO products We own. The problem is that it only brews to 176. For me, that is not what I need to enjoy my coffee. I need it to brew 195-205

First impression was "Very Nice Quality" A very tasty cup of coffee! mostly using the full pot each morning . great for 2 full size mugs for my husband & I. Staying nice & hot for those couple hours in the thermal pot. will try single serve portion soon, but for now this is convenient and great taste!
