Received my Global knife set today and I have to admit that I’m impressed with the magnetic easel. All my previous knife sets have come with a knife block, but I love how accessible the knives are with the easel. It has a modern and sleek look while still being functional. Also the easel takes up minimal space on the counter. The only drawback I see is that I’m not sure it will house as many knives as the block.
