OMG!! These are SHARP! Truly a joy to use and makes cooking so much easier. I researched knives for over a year looking at German, Swiss, Japanese and Chinese. We decided to go with this brand because of the design, reputation, quality and online reviews. We made the right choice with Global and look forward to adding to our tool chest!!
