This 3.5 qt stainless clad saute pan has become one of my favorites. It heats evenly, feels solid, and is perfect for one pan dinners. I use it for everything from searing to simmering, and it handles acidic foods like marinara or lemon sauces without any issues. Love this beautiful little stock pot! It heats quickly and evenly. I did stir my sauce pretty regularly, but it did not stick to the bottom of the pan at all. I absolutely love this stone pot. love the shape and how heavy it is. However it is oval shape and the pot doesnt fit the whole burner. It is however very deep so you can make several different types of meals in it without worrying if it will spill over.
