Exactly what I was looking for! I have been using regularly for a couple years and have held up so well I bought another.

I tested it baking fish and chicken bacon. It cleaned up well. I look forward to using it for cookies.

I have used this once, for baking tater tots, and it was so much easier to use than the parchment paper that tended to curl up. It is easy to clean. It does not stay rolled up for storage or to stand for drying, but I can store it in a sheet pan and lay it over other dishes for drying. Highly recommend!
