These are great non-stick pans. Have a larger set of these in our travel trailer. We don’t use have of what came with that set. Purchased this smaller set with the basics for our FL house. Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans.
