We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. Caphalon sells 2 space saver sets (a lower priced version and this set which is almost double the price). The difference is on the handle of each lid. The lower price version has a rubber handle that is not suitable for use in the oven. The lids on this (higher end) set have metal handles and can be used in the oven. Keep that in mind if you are considering the lower priced set as it is not as versatile. I love to cook and this has been my favorite set of cookware ever! I ended up having to purchase this set elsewhere due to the delay in initial stated delivery but wanted to share my review of this cookware set. We have an induction stove top. We’ve been using for 2 weeks now. It is amazing build quality. They are hefty as they should be -less chance of warping. The non stick ceramic lends to not having to use ANY oils/butter -unless called for in the recipe itself. The clean up is FLAWLESS. The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release.
