Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. These don't do that and -- in the one instance it happened -- it was very easy to wipe off the exterior. No scrubbing needed!

I filled the directions for using the pan to a T. Washed with very little mild soap, dryer thoroughly. Warmed over a low heat, added oil and waited till it was ready before adding my hash browns. It stuck immediately . Started over , skipped the hash browns, tried an egg. Stuck immediately . I bought Avalon because the ones with coatings work
