This was a great fridge for the first year. Then 4 days after the 1 year warranty expired the fridge stops cooling. It is unable to connect to Smartthings app. Now we get to pay out of pocket for a repair. All the online troubleshooting tips are horrible. Once again big purchase that does not live up to its price or name!

The exterior is so sleek and makes your kitchen look very neat and organized. The two lower drawers are freezer sections and very roomy. The dual ice maker is located in the top freezer compartment and makes two sizes of ice, it also comes with a very nice ice scoop. The lower drawer is great for meats, vegetables, and ice creams. The upper portion of the refrigerator has two drawers for fruits and vegetables and a large lower drawer for all your cold cuts, cheeses, butters, etc. The top shelves are all adjustable and i love that the refrigerator has such great lighting and visibility. There is a really nice water dispenser in the inside of the refrigerator and it works great. This refrigerator replaced our old 14 year old Samsung and we loved that one. We hope that this one lasts as long.

I downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app, I'm able to control the temperature and monitor the refrigerator remotely super cool. There is also a water dispenser on the inside of the door, which is great, because my family is huge water drinkers. There are two different drawers for the freezer. The top one has the ice, which also gives you two different options of how you might want it. I also like the metal cooling technology. The refrigerator is nice, crisp and cold. I like the sensor on it too. If it is open too long it will let you know. Great for dealing with the kids. Sometimes they forget to close the fridge! I also love the fingerprint resistance on the fridge. It always looks so nice and sleek. The App that goes with this is easy to navigate. I like that I can remotely change the temperature. There are many great options. I am very happy with this refrigerator.
