Bought the fridge because I liked the look and it fit in my space. and, because free panel offer. Turns out that was a lie, this fridge gets no free panels, and there are none that I can find to buy. CS at Samsung is terrible. Talked to 6 different people nobody could help. The fridge itself is great, touch free doors, dual ice maker with whiskey balls! fantastic. But, the fridge came in white glass...then why does it look so grey? Bought a matching Bespoke white glass dishwasher...and it's white white. not grey. TWO different color appliances same line, supposed to be same color.....what are you doing Samsung? Come ON!!!

A fridge which is one year old and has issues with the ice maker is just sad. - worst is their outside service department. - you have to wait two weeks that somebody is stopping by. - just imagine the fridge has bigger issues. - it's samsung's decision to work with service companies. - for me this was the last time that i bought a samsung appliance! - and who has nowadays time to stay at home a whole day, because a service company can't give you a window for an appointment???

Another highlight for me from this fridge is the whiskey ice balls, yes, the fridge is equipped with an ice maker that makes them! Definitely my favorite feature. The ability to track your fridge energy usage straight from the SmartThings app, the status of your water filter, turn on or off the ice makers, control the temperature of your fridge. So many things! If you don’t yet have a smart fridge, now is the time and no better choice than choosing this awesome Bespoke Samsung fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my new Samsung RM80F22WEW/AA refrigerator. It's a huge upgrade for my kitchen, both in terms of design and functionality. The first thing that stands out is the automatic door feature. It’s so convenient and feels incredibly futuristic. Just a gentle touch and the doors glide open smoothly. No more struggling with full hands to get the door open. It’s a definite "wow" factor for anyone who sees it. The interior is well-designed with plenty of space for all my groceries. The lighting is bright and the shelves are adjustable, which makes it easy to customize the layout. I also really appreciate how quiet the unit is; I barely even notice it's running. The water pitcher is nice and the water tastes great unlike my previous refigerator. Now, for the ice maker. I have to say, the ice maker is excellent. It produces a great amount of ice quickly and consistently. The ice cubes are a good size and don't clump together. However, I do have one minor complaint: the scoop is a bit inconvenient. It's a little awkward to use and feels a bit flimsy. I find myself just using my hand to grab ice most of the time, which isn't ideal, but it's a minor inconvenience for an otherwise great feature. The Samsung RM80F22WEW is a fantastic appliance. The automatic doors are a real highlight and a feature I didn't know I needed until I had it. The unit is spacious, quiet, and performs great. While the ice scoop could be better, the ice maker itself is good, so it's a small trade-off for an otherwise excellent refrigerator. I would definitely recommend it.
