I have used it to make lots of different potatoes and casseroles and side dishes. I have also used it to make dip in and bring it to parties. It has become one of the most used pieces of bakeware in my collection. It cleans very easily, and still looks brand new. It is definitely a quality piece of cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with my new KitchenAid cast iron pan. First of all, the color is gorgeous. It’s a soft light seafood green color. Next, it is so versatile. Depending on the dish, I can use it on the stove top, in the oven, or both. I made a coconut chicken dish which started on the stove top with browning the chicken and then fished in the oven. It was delicious. The pan cooked evenly and was easy to clean. I wish it came with a lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice and heavy pan. I’ve made Au Gratin potatoes and also a hash brown casserole in this and it bakes it just great and it does not stick to the pan. Which of course makes clean up a breeze.
