Though it hasn’t been used it yet, the thickness of the metal feels good, and the rack will set a roast up from the pan bottom to a very good level for even roasting.

I made a pan of lasagna for Father’s Day. Everyone at the party was impressed not only with the lasagna but also the beautiful pan it was in. I am impressed & very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend the pan & will keep Hestan in mind for any future cookware needs.
