[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a good quality stainless roasting pan with no non-stick coating. It turns out to be something that is hard to find! This pan is exactly what I wanted and is very good quality!

GORGEOUS, excellent quality, so incredibly easy to clean, and I absolutely love the smaller size as it is so much more versatile than the larger (which I also have for turkey and other huge cuts and it is just as great though too big for frequent use in my household). I have always used nonstick roasting pans in the past and still was left with a godawful mess when roasting any cut for hours, but am systematically replacing all my nonstick with Hestan cause it is actually easier to clean AND evenly cooks, is so pretty, and the triply edge stays totally sealed. Zero regrets and worth evey penny!
