Just ordered nano tec 8. 5 and 11 inch saute pans and 14 inch chefs pan of some sort with a bowl shape. I don't think I'm alone in having cheap pans at home and the good stuff at work. .

I found the 12. 5” ProBond Luxe TITUM nonstick skillet and can stop my search. Italian made, this pan has a beautiful design, good weight, and will become the workhorse of my kitchen.
