Unfortunately it is not non stick. Tried every temperature. Not as bad as Caraway but still eggs will stick to this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality, love the nonstick surface. The handle does not seem to get as hot as some other Hestan pans that I own. I think it may have to do with the opening where the handle meets the pan. My other Hestan pan handles do not have that opening in the handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have 2 pans from Hestan. One nonstick and one titanium. My goal is to replace all my pots and pans with Hestan products. They are amazing!
