Called Wayfair about my dented door..they make you call GE. Call GE and they say that I have to call Wayfair. Getting ahold of GE was a nightmare. Took days and hours on hold and keep getting transferred. Not happy at all. No one will answer me about getting a new door for my brand new wall oven.

Camera does not work. Will not display on app. Timer is impossible to read because background graffiti interferes. There is no option to change the background graphics, so you’re stuck. Every time it completes a task it has to play a long melody. It’s quite annoying and cannot be changed to a simple beep. Put your software guys to work and give us options. Very disappointing.

Oven has a few nice features, however its buggy software makes it dangerous. The touch screen freezes often. Twice it has frozen while baking and the only way to turn off the oven is to cut power at the breaker. Other times it has frozen during cooking, the oven stopped heating, messing up the food by undercooking or making the user think it needs more time. Then rebooting to burn the food. Several times it has rebooted while cooking. The camera is a nice feature, but it connects through the cloud instead of directly with oven. Even with reliable connection to the cloud, enabling the camera fails half the time. The app is a pain to use with adds and slow response.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is easy to use . Many nice features , all easy to activate . The temperature / cook mode screen is large , well lit and easy to read . Very attractive as well . I am very pleased !
