Love this Pan! Attractive, nice weight and crisp bacon at med-low. Read the instructions on how to use it(preheat 2min.) And have cooked with no added oil. Made an omelette last night with out adding any oil or fat and it turned out great. Wish it had come with a lid is my only complaint. Its so hard to find well made products anymore and cookware quality has gone down hill BUT I will be replacing all my plans with Cuisinart cookware.

The description states this pan can be used on induction stoves. It cannot . Please correct the description.

Browns great! No need for oil or butter. Followed the instructions to keep heat at Medium.

Heavy duty skillet. Cleans nicely. Heats evenly.

Excellent quality would highly recommend
