i gave 5 stars however it was too large for space

I very seldom write negative reviews, on my purchases from Wayfair (because most items that I purchased from Wayfair, I've been very satisfied). This is the one product, that I am so disappointed in. This Cuisinart microwave 700 Watt, is cheaply made and definitely, poor quality. I am so glad I purchased a warranty with it. I've only had it since September of 2025. I previously owned a Cuisinart 1000 watt, which lasted me 14 years. The 700 watt microwave all of a sudden, the turntable glass plate is chipping . I don't understand. It's my husband and I only using it. We did not drop the glass plate turntable and we have No Kids. Also, in the floor of the microwave oven, the blue coating is peeling off . I use regular dishcloth, to wipe the inside of the microwave, No Chemicals. I do not understand. I've never experienced this with any microwave. I would not recommend to purchase this item.

I expected more from a Cuisinart product. The internal ring and plate are constantly spinning out of track and the reduced heating is way less than expected. 18 minutes to cook a potato is not what I expected. Not a quality product and grossly over-rated. This is the second time I have been unhappy with the quality of Wayfair products. Never again.
