I hate this microwave. The instructions for disabling the child lock don't work--pressing down #7 doesn't do anything. The dials for beverage and popcorn and the other food items are totally off, they scald the food and keep going. You can't interrupt the cycle to check food early without canceling the whole operation. Touch pads are terrible, they always end up frayed and ugly. What's the matter with dials? My son is autistic and can't learn this device. Even though it's supposed to be "quiet," it makes as much noise as the microwaves that don't advertise this.
