I bought this for my the induction stove top that I have on order. In the meantime, I'm using it on my gas stove top. I works great! The handle stays cool and the pan cooks evenly and pretty fast. I can't wait to use on my new induction stove top once it arrives.

I love this cookware - I have had a set for over 30 years and they hold up beautifully- this was a house warming present for my son’s new place. I wouldn’t pick any other brand!

There is nothing cheap about the build quality of this pan. I have used it several times and discover that items will stick to the inside but clean up is a breeze. It is not like the pans on the TV commercials where nothing sticks and no oil is needed.

Very good quality. Love that it is ceramic and I can use it on my induction stove. Heat was very evenly distributed
