I've had this mixer for over a year and I love it. My only wish is that there was a on of switch as sometimes I need to unplug it it to start it as I get an error message. I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while. I was a little worried about buying this blender. I've bought a battery powered blender before but a different brand and it couldn't get it's way out of a wet paper bag. I was a little worried about buying this blender. I've bought a battery powered blender before but a different brand and it couldn't get it's way out of a wet paper bag. And after about 3 uses it was dead. (and the dead 1 cost more too) So see why I was worried? Took a chance; I can't believe the power the Kitchen Aid has. I love the Kitchen Aid brand blender. So glad I bought this one. I made protein shake with, pineapple, powder protein, ice, milk. It was quicker then my big blender. I plan on taking this blender camping with me and use in my home too of course. It has power! Love it. I see many uses for this blender.. Misnowoman. Sun Jul 05 2026
