The filter was just fine. We unfortunately bought the filter then our 4 month old machine quit working. Thankfully we were able to get a replacement in 2 days!

Filter stopped working after 2 weeks. Kept saying ADD water

I bought this and it lasted 1 month. I removed it to descale my machine and when I replaced it, I kept getting an add water error even though it was full. Not worth the money.

This is my 2nd machine and it is having similar issues as the first one. This first one stopped working and GE sent me a new one. I was hopeful and love the ice but now after a few months it has stopped making ice again. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and it is still broken. So frustrating especially considering the cost.
