The Wolf Gourmet® Stand Mixer Food Grinder Attachment easily locks onto your Wolf Gourmet® Stand Mixer, turning it into a top-performing grinding and sausage-making machine. It's constructed of durable stainless steel and cast aluminum for a year after year of food preparation. The attachment comes with all the accessories you need to make everything from fruit preserves and homemade relishes to burgers, meatballs, and sausage. It includes fine, medium, and coarse grinding discs; a food pusher, and a sausage disc and stuffing funnel for making fresh sausage. Just combine your favorite seasonings with raw or cooked pork, chicken, beef, venison, or other meats to craft delicious homemade sausage made the way you like it. The included storage case holds all the parts when they're not in use, and an inverted tray serves as the lid.
