We love ice cream, alone and as a topping to pies and cobblers. Saw this attachment and know the quality of Cuisinart is above most others. I already have a stand-a-lone Cuisinart ice cream maker, and wanted an attachment to make double batches. Love this accessory to my Cuisinart stand up mixer. Today I made Raspberry Cheesecake ice cream. So yummy, and so quick. I think the attachment churns quicker than my stand-a-lone, due to the power of the mixer. My ice cream was ready in 10 minutes to layer in to a container, with a raspberry syrup I pre-made and chilled. After 3 hours in the freezer, the results are pictured in the bowl. Looks good right The sturdier plastic pieces are dishwasher safe, the bowl I’m not sure about but I always wash that piece by hand.
