Really beautiful and made of quality materials. The only reasons I am rating 4 stars and not five is that the top does not affix solidly to the legs even though this seems to be the intention. Also, the assembly instructions were basically worthless. The tabletop is perfectly stable when in position, but it will pull off if you try to move the table by lifting from the top. I purchased this side table for a client with high expectations, given its brand name and promise of quality craftsmanship. However, my experience with this table has left me feeling quite disappointed and questioning its hefty price tag (as interior designer's typically mark-up products for their clients). First and foremost, the metal rim of the side table's top is where the major flaw lies. The seam where the metal rim meets and is welded is noticeably poor, reflecting a lack of attention to detail during the manufacturing process. The welding job appears hasty and inconsistent, leaving an unattractive edge that detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal of the table. This oversight in craftsmanship is particularly frustrating, as it undermines the product's visual integrity and makes it look cheaper than its premium price would suggest.
