I may need to talk to you on the assembly of the table. Instructions from Global View may not be correct. I am hiring someone to help with the assembly. Will let you know if there is a problem. I noticed someone also made a similiar comment.

Nice table but the brass legs are very thin and not substantial at all. A whole lot of money for a not-so-impressive table.

I purchased this side table for a client with high expectations, given its brand name and promise of quality craftsmanship. However, my experience with this table has left me feeling quite disappointed and questioning its hefty price tag (as interior designer's typically mark-up products for their clients). First and foremost, the metal rim of the side table's top is where the major flaw lies. The seam where the metal rim meets and is welded is noticeably poor, reflecting a lack of attention to detail during the manufacturing process. The welding job appears hasty and inconsistent, leaving an unattractive edge that detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal of the table. This oversight in craftsmanship is particularly frustrating, as it undermines the product's visual integrity and makes it look cheaper than its premium price would suggest. There are also scratches in the metal rim that appear to be distressing, even though the item's description didn't indicate there was any distressing.

Very good value. Item was paired with very expensive furniture in an installation later photographed in national design magazine.

Great looking table and very stable and substantial.

I probably looked at 25 different tables online before deciding to purchase this one. The table arrived well packaged and free of defects. The table is well depicted by the online pictures. The table is primarily black, but has great details that are highlighted by burnish gold. This table is very sturdy and the black granite top makes the table heavy. The table top has substantial size to hold a small lamp and several other small objects. I would have rated it as 5 stars except it took some muscle to get the pre-drilled holes in the top to align with the base. Other than that, I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a well made table with style.
